There was a merger. A complete and diversified company was created to serve the Pacific Marketplace. Dodge is now a division, of the national broker "Advantage" as was Webco, Hawaii. The new, local entity is named - Advantage Webco Dodge Hawaii. Responsibilities are still being determined but generally, the Dodge Division will be responsible for brokered lines and the Webco Division will be responsible for the rest of the vast areas that make this new company, the most complete in the state of Hawaii and perhaps, a model for general distribution elsewhere.
